The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.serendipitybyrachael.co.uk  

 Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£).

Delivery

Maximum delivery times will be 7-10 working days. 

We use Evri  for the majority of our items,  Once dispatched you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days using our standard delivery option.

If a product has become unavailable  and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, OR credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfill the order when stock has been received.

We will only ship to the UK, so no overseas orders can be fulfilled.

If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items you have ordered from us.

Returns

It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation etc are correct as we copy exactly what we get sent for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request that you let us know ASAP on 07714433423 or via email to info@serendipitybyrachael.co.uk and providing the item has not already been made  we can look to make the required alterations.

If we have not personalised the items in accordance with your order instructions please return within 21 days to receive a full refund.

We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
