Data collected is on the basis of “legitimate interest” and “legal”. We are required to obtain information on customers who are placing an order for payment and delivery of goods purposes. We are required by law to retain details of the transactions for 7 years. We do not retain credit/debit card details. You are required to supply information so that your order can be processed. We do not collect excessive data and only collect data that is necessary to process your order.

We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our website other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given. Anonymous information is collected, such as the number of visitors to the website in a given period or details of goods ordered/viewed, but it is purely statistical and cannot be used to identify an individual user. Cookies are not used to collect any other information from visitors to the website. Prospective customers interested in requesting more information about an item can provide contact details via a fill-in form. They cannot be contacted unless such information is given. 

We do not obtain “sensitive data” which includes

Use of Information

The information collected will be used to contact you to reply to your enquiries and to deal with any orders that you make. We will not sell your information or transfer it out of the EU.. Access to your information (name, address) will be available to the delivery company for the purpose of delivering your order to you..

Any payments made via PayPal or Credit Card companies will be subject to their privacy policies also. We will not store card details.

We take appropriate measures to safeguard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use which include password protection, firewalls and anti-virus software. Our website database is stored in a secure, password protected location. Only users authorised by us have access to this data.We have awareness training of how to identify phishing scams.

Our website is not targeted at children but in any event personal information will not knowingly be collected from children under fourteen years without parental consent.
