Hi I’m Rachael. Serendipity is my absolute favourite word, meaning “to find something unusual by chance“. We create your vision, from Childrens Partys to Weddings and everything in between, we take the stress out of your special moment, for this service please feel free to send us a message to see how we can help .
We also create personalised items using various methods including heat transfer vinyl, sublimation printing and embroidery to name but a few . I love creating items that will make people smile when they open them and get as much pleasure from my items as I do making them. Customer satisfaction
It is my aim to create personalised items to help you create happy memories. As all of my items are made to order delivery times may vary on each item. I need time to create the items and will not send them until I am happy they are how I would like to receive them, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
Some item colours may vary slightly to the original picture, or the positioning may alter from the original example. This is not a defect it is a demonstration that all my items are made entirely to order so please bear in mind before ordering. As my items are personalised returns are only accepted for faulty items.
